2024 Smoke composites handguard install

Feb 1, 2022 · I'm running the handguard and stock on my GMR-15. Handguard was as heavy as the stock barrel nut, so i removed like 11 ozs from the front of the gun. Stock is very adjustable and feels great against the shoulder. I initially had issues with the stock "shortening" as i shot, but once i torqued the screw down further, that fixed the issue. . Nook

Smoke Composites forms a ring at the front of the handguard, I would guess to protect the front from getting chipped, it would be quite thin otherwise. The inside of the ring measured 1.53 inches, so some suppressors will fit inside the handguard.
